He worked as an accounts intern in a corporate office in Jaipur while pursuing his graduation to set his feet and understand his working style. He has earned distinction in school and topped Rajasthan University in Economics and Financial Management, and continues to excel in all fields of life owing it to his disciplinarian and humanitarian nature continues to be one till date. He is in its truest sense a self-made man who is passionate to bring about changes for the betterment of the society.

An Engineer from Bangalore and Management graduate from IMT, Ghaziabad she had a short stint at Royal bank of Scotland before joining family business and an attempt at e-commerce entrepreneurship. Her innovative approach, deep technical understanding, and rational thinking is of great value to the company overall.

Apart from business he has a zeal to serve the society and community and has help key positions in various service organizations like – President, Lions Club of North Kolkata, Dist. Gov., Lions Club International District 322B1, Chairman, Lions Safari Trust and various others.

He is an expert at handling corporate finance, setting up fully-owned subsidiaries, Joint Ventures overseas, obtaining statutory clearance as well as RBI approvals. He has worked as a Chief Finance Officer at various corporate houses and brands across the globe. Having been associated for so long, he has multifold experience in Commercial & Corporate Law and Finance. He is an Honours Graduate in Commerce, a CS degree holder and is also awarded with Accounting Technician Course certificate from ICAI. Mr Shyam Sharma has witnessed the growth of Rausheena Udyog Limited from its humble beginning to a leading brand in the North-Eastern Region today.

He has earned several degrees like B.Tech, PPMC, PMA and ABB Certification for Sr. Project Manager. He has vast experience in managing projects related to electrical systems for various steel plants, power plants, aluminium plants, loco motives, Naval Ships & Gas Turbines globally.

Mr Rao is a civil engineer who looks after the technical and financial parameters of several turnkey projects for the Rausheena Group. He is an expert at financial strategy and execution of turnkey projects.

He has rigorously worked in Erection, Testing, and Commissioning of various substations, maintenance of thermal power plants in the testing department under WBPDCL, BKTPP. He has been an electrical incharge of captive power plants, traction substation at southeastern railway through RVNL, and handled approximately 60 projects of substation testing and commissioning under MSPCL, APDCL etc.

He has over 15 years of leadership experience in aqua engineering for sales and services of Kirloskar Air Compressor & Accessories. His work is well recognised in the field of application marketing, sales and services. He has been a part of HCL-HP group.

He has achieved booking orders of over 500 crores in the states of Bihar, Jharkhand and Manipur in the power division within the period of 2013 to 2016. He has also coordinated and monitored the execution of Central Government aided Rural Electrification Schemes work in the STATES of BIHAR and JHARKHAND consisting of installation, testing & commissioning of 2 Nos. 2×5 MVA, 33/11 KV Power Sub-Station with connecting 33 KV line, 3 Nos. Augmentation of 33/11 KV Power Substation and installation, testing & commissioning of over 1400 Distribution Transformer with 1800 CKM 11 KV and LT lines and providing the over 60000 service connections to APL and BPL consumers.

He is currently associated with Techno Power Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. for the last 7 years as a Project Manager. He monitors the total purchase, planning of materials and its entire delivery process, overseeing the quality of materials, sales bill preparation etc. of Bihar, Jharkhand, Manipur, Nagaland and Assam.

With an illustrious career spanning over a decade, he is associated with Rausheena Group since 2012. He had also served large corporates like Emami as an Deputy Manager, Accounts & Finance. He specializes in the field of Accounting, Taxation, Banking, Finance and Corporate Law matters. He has also 15 years of experience in GE T&D India Limited, T&D Project for EPC Business. He has worked also in Project Management and Construction Management. Mr. Basar has managed lots of utility & industry clients like PGCIL, OPTCL, APSEB, WBSETCL, WBSEDCL, JSEB & JSPL, TATA, PPT, IOCL, HINDALCO, SAIL, NORTHERN RAILWAY etc.
